Yesterday, I visited this church to partake in their “Disciple III: Bible Study” class which takes place weekly on Thursdays from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Upon entering the church, I was warmly greeted by a staffer who assisted me with finding the proper classroom. The class was packed and everyone was so warm and kind to me, just a stranger off the street searching for knowledge and wisdom. GOOD PEOPLE. The teacher, Barbara, was nothing short of fantastic. I learned so much about the history of important figures and places referenced in the Bible. I had never been to a Bible study class like this before. Afterwards another participate, Joy, took me on a tour of the church premises without request and unsolicited. I must say that my first visit here was a memorable one. At some point in the future, I plan on coming back for more Bible study classes, and to attend their Sunday worship service. Thank you to everyone I met for treating me with kindness and love. You exemplify what it means to be Christlike. God bless and good journey!
